Resolved - The fix has been successfully implemented and service has now been restored. Following monitoring and validation, client connectivity and associated platform services are operating normally.
We will continue to monitor the environment closely to ensure ongoing stability, but no further customer impact is expected at this time.

Identified - We are currently implementing a fix to address an ongoing service issue. During this work, customers may experience intermittent disruption to client connectivity and associated platform services.

Our engineering teams are actively monitoring the implementation and working to minimise impact. We will provide a further update once the changes have been completed and service stability has been confirmed.

Update - We are continuing to investigate an issue affecting Software Inventory views, including Normalised Software and Source Inventory. Our engineering teams have implemented several changes aimed at improving database performance and have observed improvements in a number of affected environments.
While service recovery has been seen for some customers, we are continuing to monitor the platform and validate the effectiveness of the mitigations. Some users may still experience intermittent issues or slower-than-expected performance while backend processing completes.
We will provide a further update as soon as additional information becomes available.
Engineers are working on this with the highest priority to ensure that platform stability returns to normal.

Investigating - We are currently experiencing an intermittent issue affecting the Normalized, Unmatched, and Software inventory pages within Inventory Insights. When loading these pages, a "No Data" message may be displayed.
